Nice summary Jim. I think you described a difficult concept very clearly.
Any finite consciousness can only ever have a finite perception of the action-reaction system. But by increasing ones consciousness – and if anyone doesn’t believe this is possible, tough, I stand by it ;-) – we can gain an increased perception of the links between past-present-future…and, yes, one can quite easily see into THE future and many, many people have demonstrated this throughout history.
There is only One. It is inevitable. The system you so eloquently described is NOTHING but inevitability itself. 99% of the time we are unable to perceive the totality but we all get fleeting glimpses from “time” to “time”. We know. It is written. It is Tao.
